Vintage shop - Frocks in Swing Time in Exeter, Devon

If like me you are a mega fan of Mrs Maisel then I have exciting news! One of our fabulous suppliers have based their Spring/Summer collection on designs inspired by Mrs Maisel's wardrobe at the Catskills ( basically her holiday wardrobe if you haven't seen the show!) I have been like a child in a sweet shop picking out beautiful pieces for pre order! I'm afraid they won't be available until March but it's definitely something to look forward to! ( which let's face it we could all do with right now!!)

Not always the most popular piece of jewellery but I absolutely love brooches! I add them to my coats and cardigans, they can really finish off an outfit. It's one of the reasons I was drawn to stocking Fable jewellery, especially as you can match your earrings and even add a bangle and necklace if you fancy it! And in case you wondered what the third colour is in our new Suzie cardi, here she is! A lovely deep red, perfect for teaming with navy blue so looks great with our new sailor slacks. These trousers are such a great design as the 3 buttons undo allowing you to easily take them on and off (if like me you are generous of hip this is very good!) We currently only have a size 12 left in the trousers, so if you fancy a pair let me know your size so I can add them to my next order. Suzie and our Margot blouse are in stock in sizes 8-18. As promised here is our new Beverley skirt and gorgeous new Suzie cardigans ( I wasn't joking when I said my house was a sea of new stock!!) If you love a tartan print but need it in a lighter fabric than the usual heavier tartan fabrics then this is the skirt for you! A big thank you to @thelittlegreendoorcompany for brightening up our gloomy lockdown weekend! During the first lockdown you may remember I painted my UPVC door with @frenchicpaint . I highly recommend it , but after taking down our Christmas wreath it looked like something was missing! So I did a little Etsy search for Spring wreaths and found this beauty, which was ironically from The Little Green Door Company! Clearly meant to be!! It arrived this afternoon and not only does it look stunning, it smells gorgeous too! ( not something I was expecting with artificial flowers!) So do take a look at their lovely creations, this one has really brightened our door as well as our day!
