Good news for Ernesto and probably a good time to cash in given the present circumstances: Bicycle manufacturer Colnago has been acquired by Chimera Investments LLC, an Abu Dhabi-based investment firm. Following its majority share purchase, a spokesperson said Colnago head Ernesto Colnago will remain on board, guiding new developments.
BIANCHI decals 5 pieces, top sheet of 2 names counted as one piece and are very 'vintage' spirit fix or waterslide transfers. The four separate names are self adhesive, the darker red being an early version 15 INCL postage in UK. The steel rule is there for guidance of approximate sizes. It is not included with any of the decal sets.

Covid Clearout continues: A set of 54 colour photos of racing cycles dating from 1899 Bianchi to 2003 Colnago 50th Anniversary. The cards measure 340mm x 240mm, there is an index booklet with descriptions in Italian and perfectly legible English, all contained in a cardboard folder. A pair Campagnolo GRAN SPORT Large flange PISTA 3 piece hub shells = steel barrels, alloy flanges 28/28h. PISTA single sided fixed sprocket threading to rear. NOS shells as pics with bearing cups, chrome is unblemished, no axles, 190
A pair Campagnolo GRAN SPORT Large flange 3 piece hub shells = steel barrels, alloy flanges. Large flange first appeared in cat.12 1952, I have an earlier un-numbered catalogue that shows only small fl. 36h front, 40h rear threaded for freewheel, perhaps with Strade Bianche in mind and post-WWII road surfaces. These are NOS shells as pics with bearing cups, chrome is unblemished, no axles, qr. 190
A CINELLI GRAMMO ROAD STEM, 110mm, 26.4mm bar clamp, polished titanium finish. This is a USED item, it was on one of my own bikes but I find, as years go by, I need a shorter stem. Light signs of insertion which may polish out, no scrapes on the top - I don't turn bikes upside down. The correct bung is present 120.
COLUMBUS SL FRAME & FORK TUBES, FULL SET OF 11 PIECES. Longest 28.6mm outer diameter seat or downtube 635mm and 620mm. Head tube 200mm. Fork column 220mm. Round/oval/round chainstays 175.
An original pen & ink sketch by Frank Patterson, the much loved cycling artist. His work was regularly featured in Cycling magazine during the first half of 20th Century. This one was re-printed in Cycling 2nd Jan 1935. The dimensions of the frame are: 435mm wide x 550mm high. The visible size of the actual sketch inside mount: 290mm x 390mm. I am selling only because there is a water-colour by a non-cycling subject & artist that is for sale and I would like. 195.
A Raleigh advertising film which I know was shown in a local cinema 40? years ago. I have only unwound couple meters and it starts with the Grifter, followed by Chopper then presumably rest of the range at the time. Width of the film is 35mm for commercial projectors so nothing like Super8! The diameter of the reel as second pic is approx 65mm. 95.
