The day has finally arrived when I am rendered speechless by an article of clothing. This jumpsuit is 80s avant-garde at its finest, VERY Mugler, and just an all-around knock out. This incredible piece features a huge, structured high collar that leads down the v-neck, with buttons to the navel, insanely huge pleated shoulders that puff up like an electric blue cloud, elastic waist with belt loops, tapered legs, and cropped fit. The fabric is (according to my clever mama)... a type of taffeta called shantung, which is structured, shiny and made to imitate the look of raw silk, but more textured.
